Depending on your needs, we can incorporate sub-assemblies, orbital welding, hose fabrication, tube bending and more.
One example is an exhaust gas purification panel, used to control and monitor the flow of compressed air. Another example were cooling systems mounted inside NEMA 12 cabinets. In both cases, with customer-supplied drawings already started, we were able to optimize assembly components and routings to allow for reduced cost and space.
DP Valve Manifold
A valve manifold panel was built to measure leak rates of hydrogen and helium in special glass capsules using a mass spectrometer under a vacuum system built in the study of fusion energy. It helps automate the system process greatly versus an individual inspecting each capsule independently. The panel reduces the engineers' busy work.
This diaphragm valve assembly has DP series valves mounted to an aluminum panel. It uses weld and VCR connections/fittings. All components are specially cleaned, either SC-01 or SC-11. It allows for expansion if an increase in the number of valves on the panel is needed.
